At Dishflavors, we are committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect the same from our users and business associates. We strive to ensure that all creative content on our platform is properly licensed and authorized. However, we acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that all licensors of creative materials have the appropriate authorization at all times.

In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, we are dedicated to swiftly addressing any claims of copyright infringement reported to our designated copyright agent, as detailed in the notice below.

If you suspect that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please follow our notice and takedown procedure as outlined below.

To Report Copyright Infringement:

If you believe your copyrighted work has been reproduced on our site in a way that constitutes infringement, please provide the following information to us:

  1. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, or email).
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
  3. The specific location of the allegedly infringing material on our site (e.g., URL).
  4. A statement confirming that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
  5. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the provided information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Your signature (electronic or physical).

Please send this information to: [email protected]. We will review your claim in a timely manner and reach out to the content uploader.

To Submit a Counter-Notice:

If you believe that your content has been mistakenly removed or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice including the following:

  1. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, or email).
  2. A description of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
  3. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction of the courts in Limassol, or, if outside Cyprus, any jurisdiction where we may be found, and consent to accept service from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.
  5. Your signature (electronic or physical).

Please send your counter-notification to: [email protected]. We will review your counter-notice and may contact the content publisher.

Please note: Complete counter-notifications will be shared with the individual who filed the original DMCA notice. They may choose to initiate a copyright infringement lawsuit. If we do not receive notice of such a lawsuit within ten (10) business days after notifying you of the counter-notification, we will restore the removed content. The material will remain removed until then.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure your notice or counter-notification meets all the necessary requirements. Incomplete notices may not be processed.
  • We may share DMCA-related communications with third parties, including individuals who posted the allegedly infringing material.
