Overview:
We are dedicated to protecting the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same from our users and business associates. We strive to ensure that all creative content on our site is legally licensed and authorized. However, we acknowledge that we cannot guarantee that all licensors of creative materials have the appropriate authorization at all times.
In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998, we commit to swiftly addressing claims of copyright infringement that occur on our platform, as reported to our designated copyright agent detailed in the sample notice below.
Should you or someone you represent suspect a violation of intellectual property rights, we encourage following our outlined notice and takedown procedure:
To Report Copyright Infringement:
If you believe your work has been reproduced in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, kindly provide us with a notice including:
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, or email).
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The specific location of the potentially infringing material on our site (e.g., URL).
- A declaration that you have a bona fide belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the provided information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your signature (electronic or physical).
Please send the above information to our copyright agent at: contact@dishflavors.com. Our agent will review your claim within a reasonable timeframe, including reaching out to the content uploader.
To Submit a Counter-Notice:
If you believe your content was removed erroneously or misidentified, please submit a counter-notification with:
- Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, or email).
- A description of the material that was removed and its previous site location (e.g., URL).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction of the courts in Limassol, or if outside Cyprus, any jurisdiction where we may be found, agreeing to accept service from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.
- Your signature (electronic or physical).
Please forward the counter-notification to our copyright agent at: contact@dishflavors.com. We will process your notice promptly, including contacting the content publisher.
Note that complete counter-notifications will be shared with the individual who filed the original DMCA notice, who may then initiate a copyright infringement lawsuit against you. If we don’t receive notification of such a lawsuit within ten (10) business days after notifying you of your counter-notification, we will restore the removed content. Your materials will stay removed until then, and we can provide a copy of the original DMCA takedown notice upon request.
Ensure your notice or counter-notification meets all requirements. If additional information is needed to complete your notice, please provide it promptly. Incomplete notices may not proceed further. Additionally, ensure the accuracy of the information provided as we may share communications regarding DMCA notices with third parties, including the individuals who posted the allegedly infringing material.
